Adam Nyholt, Photographer

Hey. A little about me? I'm a wedding and portrait photographer in Houston, TX. I have this philosophy about photography. It should be relational. How can I take great portraits of my clients, and really show their personalities, if I barely know them? My goal is to develop relationships with my clients so that we are more friends than anything else. This way, when their wedding rolls around, they can relax and trust that they are getting great photos, and I know them well enough to truly capture their chemistry in the camera. I have the greatest job in the world because I get to be a part of and capture forever, that amazing day.

I also have a philosophy that photography should be creative, natural and unobtrusive. I just want my work to be real. And maybe a little raw. Just people being themselves captured artistically in an image.

Because each wedding is unique, it's important to me that we meet face to face in order to discuss your wedding and go over pricing in detail. I offer a la carte pricing that can easily be adapted to meet each client's needs for a worry-free experience! Here are the basics:

Starting at $6900
Comfortably equipped around $9000+

If you want to learn more, give me a call or shoot me an email. You can swing by my studio right outside downtown, look at some of my gorgeous wedding albums, and most importantly, see if our personalities click!

Client Testimonials

“Adam and his team truly brought our wedding to life (from engagement pics in NOLA, to bridals, to the wedding, to groomals on the beach). He captured our personalities, and genuine emotions and we felt so comfortable around him. We had so much fun each and every time we got to work with him.” –Kelley and Buster

“Working with Adam and his team was nothing short of a dream come true. We definitely worked with the most talented, creative photographer in Houston, who captured our wedding perfectly. We called our wedding vendors the 'Dream Team' throughout the process, and it was really true.” – Esther and Doug

“My favorite part of my whole experience was getting to know Adam's personality and allowing him to get to know me. By having three different shoots with him we were able to figure each other out and he captured exactly what I was wanting in all my photos. He truly cares about the photos and capturing the most important day of your life and he was super easy to work with.” – Matti Henderson
