After several delays due to COVID-19, Cathy and Phillip were finally able to safely fly in from Maryland for their engagement session with Houston wedding photographer, Stephania Campos. The couple decided to escape the city and traveled to the gorgeous Texas hill country, just outside of Austin, for their sunset session.
