While they met in 2010 as athletes attending the same college, it wasn’t until Brian mentioned the film “Why Did I Get Married?” on Twitter that he and Stephanie had their first real conversation. A friendship ensued, followed by a long courtship, until July 4th, 2017, when Brian proposed to Stephanie, surrounded by his closest family members.
