An Elegant Destination Wedding in Utah Full of Scenic Views and Soft Hues

Madeline and Joey’s love story began unexpectedly during Hurricane Harvey. The bride says, “We had intended to schedule a blind date beforehand, but it was God’s will that we would meet during Harvey.”

Amidst the chaos of the storm, Joey’s act of kindness in offering to bring a generator to Madeline’s family led to a serendipitous meeting. Joey enjoyed dinner with Madeline and her family, beginning their love story.

Their relationship reached a milestone when Joey proposed at his family’s hill country vacation home in Kerrville, Texas. In November’s crisp air, he led Madeline to their favorite lookout spot on the property. Lanterns softly illuminated the scene as Joey presented her with a wildflower bouquet he hand-picked, creating a simple yet meaningful setting for the momentous occasion.

Before exchanging vows in the picturesque setting situated just outside of Park City, the wedding party embarked on their own adventures. While the bridesmaids indulged in yoga sessions and mountain hikes, the groomsmen enjoyed golfing and fly fishing.

Madeline and Joey had an alfresco ceremony in the majestic Utah mountain valley. The wedding was an elegant affair, with muted tones of pink, lavender, and ivory complementing the natural beauty of the surroundings. A highlight of the day was their photoshoot at golden hour, featuring the iconic 1883 Landcruiser getaway car.

As the evening unfolded, Madeline and Joey danced the night away, surrounded by the love and laughter of their friends and family. As the night drew to a close, they bid farewell with a dazzling sparkler exit, marking the beginning of their journey into marital bliss.
