Want to really surprise the love of your life? Propose to her in a Suitsupply store! That’s what Ryan did, with the help of Lynn’s mother, who got Lynn to the menswear showroom under the guise of surprising Ryan with a suit as a birthday gift. “Once he selected a suit, shirt, tie, and shoes…he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! By the time he started the proposal, the entire store was quiet and watched in awe,” the bride says. Describing their ultra-glamorous Houstonian Hotel wedding, coordinated by Jim Gray, the principal designer at Grayhouse Events Atelier, as “Sinatra meets Drake,” Lynn adds: “Picture white carpet, white draperies with black accents, black-and-white satin linens with crystal candelabras under crystal chandeliers, and elegant, contemporary arrangements of white calla lilies, white tulips, and white hydrangea.” Among her favorite moments of the celebration? “Our last dance, to Journey’s ‘Don’t Stop Believin,’ while silver confetti fell from above.”
