Hannah and Charles met on Hinge in 2022, and their connection was instant. For their first date, they chose a cozy spot in The Heights and ended up talking for seven hours. As Hannah puts it, “We felt pretty sure about each other from that point on.”
Charles proposed in Port Aransas, on the same beach Hannah grew up visiting. He suggested a walk, which she almost turned down because of the muggy weather, but the moment turned out to be perfect. After he asked the question, the couple returned to the beach house to celebrate with both of their families.
The wedding weekend began with a rehearsal dinner at Ouisie’s Table before the couple exchanged vows on December 21, 2024. Their traditional church ceremony featured beautiful poinsettia trees framing the altar. Hannah wore a bow-detailed gown from Belle Âme Bridal and a scalloped veil, carrying a simple bouquet of calla lilies. Her bridesmaids wore black and held white floral bouquets for a chic contrast.
Their reception was elegant and festive, featuring a black-and-white palette with subtle holiday touches. They enjoyed a vintage-style wedding cake by Cakes by Gina. The dance floor came alive when Hannah’s brothers-in-law arrived dressed as Santa and passed out “naughty” and “nice” hats, adding a playful burst of Christmas cheer. The night wrapped with a romantic private last dance before their grand exit.
