From the very first meeting - Nicki and her team made sure that every detail was listened to and accommodated for. I had some crazy ideas that required cranes and lifts for a dream rainbow ceiling, and they made it happen! They worked in my budget, and their rooms and presidential suites were exquisite and allowed my bride to get ready with all her friends in a relaxed atmosphere. They worked with my vision to even have a horse riding up to the entrance of the hotel by blocking off the street to allow the groom’s parade! I couldn’t have asked for a better central Houston location (inside the Galleria mall- so convenient for guests to get their hair done or pick up socks they forgot ) or a better experience!
