Houston bridal salon Belle Ame Bridal Salon's owner and self-professed "Harry Potter nerd" Tiffany received a magical proposal from fiancé Jerry at Warner Bros. Hogwarts Castle in her favorite city of London. "Jerry dropped to one knee…with a ring pop," laughs Tiffany. "I was so embarrassed, I walked away! Jerry pulled me back, handed me a wand and asked me to say 'Accio ring' (a wizard's summoning charm). I kept thinking it was a joke but he seemed so earnest in having me say those words, so I finally did, in an annoyed voice. Jerry then pulled out a ring box! I cried and said 'Yes' through my happy tears, as he slid my dream ring onto my finger." The Houston couple chose The Bell Tower on 34th as their wedding venue, "specifically because we loved the water wall." The morning of the wedding, a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony took place at Tiffany's parents' home, where the couple received love and well-wishes from their families. At the venue, their beautiful courtyard ceremony, (where Jerry read his vows from a box from Tiffany's favorite pizza place), cocktails in the on-site chapel and the gorgeous blush, ivory and gold décor palette was exactly the wedding Tiffany and Jerry had dreamed of. Their six-course reception menu featured seafood salad and Peking duck, a delicious lemon cake with strawberry filling, and a surprise treat of fresh Shipley's donuts. But the best part of the reception? Relaxing and dancing the night away with their friends and family, of course! An epic confetti cannon exit to Queen's 'We Are the Champions' was "huge and messy, but we felt so celebrated and loved as our guests popped the cannons around us. It was the best way to end our best day!"
