Most couples go out to dinner for their first date. Rebecca and Brett went to New Orleans. “We drove there together, and for the entire seven-hour drive, there wasn't one minute of awkward silence,” says Rebecca. “We had so much fun together, we laughed nonstop and completely hit it off.” Only a few months later, Brett proposed in the middle of the Bayou Bend Gardens as a photographer captured the sweetly candid moments. Guests received their shimmering, jewel-accented wedding invitations, designed by Isabella Invitations to resemble finely crafted books, in exquisite white boxes tied with blush ribbons—the perfect introduction to the magic yet to come. That magic took place at Chateau Cocomar, where the bride wed the love of her life before 150 friends and family members. The lavish fete that followed was nothing short of extraordinary, complete with stunning blush and white flower arrangements by Flora & Eventi, and a superb dinner courtesy of Café Natalie Catering. “My wedding was a dream come true,” says the bride, “one that I wish I could relive over and over again!”
