Emily + Travis
College sweethearts Travis, a project manager, and Emily, a high school counselor, got engaged on a snow-capped mountain in Keystone, Colorado. "Travis proposed while snowboarding," remembers Emily. "He faked a wipe-out and when I came up, concerned, he was on the ground covered in snow." The outdoorsy and adventurous couple tied the knot with a hundred-plus family members and friends at an elegant wedding in historic Galveston. Houston wedding photographer Eri Reyna beautifully captured the event through his dramatic, photography. The celebration included numerous unique personal touches, such as a cigar bar, instant cameras for guests to use for the guestbook, grapefruit margaritas and customized cocktail napkins created by Emily's students. After dining and dancing to the entertainment of both a live jazz band and DJ, the couple departed in a vintage Rolls Royce. Says Emily, "Our wedding was a dream come true!"
