A Stylish Alfresco Wedding Ceremony at The Annie Café & Bar

Ann Elizabeth and Jason’s love story began when a mutual friend and coworker referred her to join Jason’s team at work. Although things didn’t work out at first, fate brought them back together a couple of years later. They quickly bonded over their shared love of big cities, fashion, cars, and more. After that, everything fell into place. 

Two and a half years into their relationship, Ann Elizabeth and Jason took a trip to Las Vegas, one of their favorite cities. What Ann Elizabeth believed was a simple birthday trip for Jason soon unfolded into the most unforgettable day of her life. They dined at a romantic restaurant, where Jason had secured a private table with a breathtaking view of the iconic Bellagio fountains. The moment the fountains went off, he revealed the ring and asked Ann Elizabeth to be his forever. She was beyond surprised and happily said yes! 

In February 2023, Ann Elizabeth and Jason pledged their love to each other in a stylish blue and white wedding. Before walking down the aisle, the couple shared an intimate first look at The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston. In a heartfelt moment, Ann Elizabeth also shared a first look and her vows with Jason’s two children, an emotional and meaningful experience for their newly blended family. “When I married Jason, I also married them. I wanted them to know how much I love their father, I thanked them for sharing him with me, and I promised to love and support them as my own,” the bride says. The ceremony was held at The Annie Café & Bar, where the romantic blue and white palette was elegantly contrasted by guests dressed in stylish black and gold. Following the ceremony, the celebration continued with an intimate dinner before heading back to The Annie Café & Bar for a lively after-party in the Cuban-inspired speakeasy Emilia’s Havana. The night was filled with drinks, dancing, and entertainment.
