Catherine and Brooks met at work when Catherine started as an intern. After two years of dating, Brooks surprised her with a proposal at Memorial Park, popping the question on the stones of the Emily Clay Family Scramble. Little did they know, the park where Brooks proposed would later become the perfect spot to celebrate their wedding day.
The couple married on April 19th, 2024, in a traditional Catholic ceremony, followed by a lively reception at Memorial Park. In a gorgeous Monique Lhuillier gown, Catherine looked stunning. Spring colors were everywhere, from their beautiful invitation suite by Bering’s to the vibrant floral arrangements. The reception, set under a tent in the heart of the park, was full of lush greenery and bright blooms in shades of purple, pink, orange, and yellow. The seating was a unique mix of intimate tables, family-style arrangements, and even some couches, making the evening feel welcoming and relaxed.
Catherine ended the night in style, slipping into a chic white mini-dress for the final celebration. One of the unforgettable moments was their grand exit, cruising down Memorial Drive in a vintage Ford Bronco on their way to an ultra-stylish after-party at Emilia’s Havana, a part of The Annie Café & Bar.
