Very few people can run 14 miles on the first date, and that’s how you know Elizabeth and Jeremiah were meant to be from the start. So, when Jeremiah decided to pop the question with a dazzling engagement ring from I W Marks Jewelers, it was only natural that it was after a 10-mile run.  “When I turned to look at him, he was down on one knee! Classic Monochromatic Wedding Nestled in Downtown Houston

Seth proposed to Marla four years after they first met at Houston’s Day for Night music festival. The proposal happened during their annual tradition of seeing the iconic River Oaks Christmas Lights. Seth revealed a stunning center-cut diamond ring from Zadok Jewelers and asked the big question. Shortly after, the planning for their wedding was underway, only to be halted by the pandemic.

“Extending a nine-month engagement to a seventeen-month engagement presented many obstacles. However, navigating through them together helped us as a couple to grow even more,” says Marla. Their vision for the ceremony and reception was minimalistic and chic. Therefore, the couple went for a classic monochromatic color palette of black, white and gray.
