Siyu and Teng’s love story began at Boston University, but it was a summer in Taiwan that quietly set everything in motion. After years of friendship and nearly a decade of romance, a winter proposal in Kyoto led them to envision a celebration that felt as layered and meaningful as their journey.

With chapters written in New York and London, and roots stretching to China, the couple chose Tuscany for its effortless beauty, vibrant cuisine, and heartfelt hospitality. Set against the storied gardens of La Foce, their wedding became a seamless blend of cultures, honoring both heritage and home.

Fashion played a defining role in the day’s narrative. Siyu selected a gown with a mermaid silhouette and detachable ball skirt, offering two distinct bridal moments in one. Intricate embroidery and delicate beading echoed the romance of the setting, while a single diamond tennis bracelet from her mother served as her only accessory. For the reception, she changed into a sleek, open-back gown designed for movement and celebration, while Teng opted for relaxed tailoring that felt refined yet approachable.

The ceremony itself was deeply emotional. Siyu described the walk down La Foce’s grand aisle as a journey toward her future, each step heightening the moment’s significance. Their beloved labradoodle, Duffy, proudly served as the ring bearer, adding a joyful, personal touch.

Cocktail hour featured playful nods to Italian tradition, including prosecco paired with strawberry popsicles and a charming gelato stand. Dinner unfolded beneath glowing chandeliers and vibrant florals, where guests savored a four-course feast highlighted by red prawn risotto and porcini pasta.

Their wedding was a heartfelt gathering where culture, family, and devotion intertwined effortlessly.
