“He truly is my hero,” says Jamie of her firefighter hubby James, whom she wed in a fabulous fall affair at Hotel ZaZa, in front of 130 of the couple’s nearest and dearest. When Allison entered their room at Hotel Granduca on the eve of Cinco de Mayo and found hundreds of rose petals and candles everywhere, she actually wondered if she was in the wrong room. But when Ty took her by the hand and got down on one knee, she knew she was in exactly the right place. One year later, the pair celebrated their nuptials with a timeless reception at Hotel ZaZa, done up in classic shades of black, white and soft blush pink by Events in Bloom. Lovely in her Vera Wang gown, with hair and makeup by The Perfect Face, Allison danced the night away with her handsome groom—and 250 of their nearest and dearest—in a one-for-the-ages Houston wedding that has captured our hearts.
