In a twist of fate, Ayesha and Daniel path’s crossed multiple times before finally matching on a popular dating app. Ayesha says, “We were just at the right place at the right time, both at the moment and in our lives. It was simply destiny.”
Michelle and Michael, both pharmacists, met through work and soon started dating. After three months, she knew he was the one.
Amy, a native Houstonian, moved to Washington D.C. for a job in 2018, where she met Chad the first weekend she lived there. The couple took their relationship slowly but fell in love and got engaged two years later at the Houstonian Hotel Club and Spa. Amy says, “We walked into the lobby to admire the decorations when Chad walked out from behind their massive 20-foot Christmas tree. Amid my shock, he managed to walk me outside beneath the Houstonian’s famous hundreds-year-old, light-wrapped oak tree and popped the question! A decade ago, Ariel and Jake met at a local bar in Katy and had been inseparable ever since. Jake popped the big question a few days after their son Lincoln’s first birthday. Ariel had him tag along on a full-day shopping spree, and when they arrived back at the house, Ariel opened the door to Jake on one knee. “Of course, I cried and said YES! Jake and Lincoln put my ring on my finger, and I was on cloud 9, he customized my engagement ring, and it was exactly how I wanted it, and I had NO IDEA!” says Ariel.
Jessica and Carter first met while attending a business leadership program at Texas A&M University. Over time, the pair grew closer, and when Carter returned to campus the following semester, he asked Jessica out on their first date.
