How We Celebrated Houston’s Top Wedding Pros at The Grove

It’s been a week since our Fall 2025 Client Appreciation Party, and we’re still on cloud nine! There’s just something about an October night in downtown Houston, especially one filled with the best people in the wedding industry, that makes it unforgettable.

This event was all about celebrating you, the incredible planners, designers, florists, venues, photographers, and creatives who make Houston’s weddings shine all year long.

The party took over The Grove, serving up total treehouse-in-the-city vibes with twinkling lights and skyline views. Regina Gust Designs transformed the space into a fall dreamscape with bold autumn florals, statement bonsai trees, and shimmering disco balls. The pièce de résistance was a larger-than-life champagne bottle installation that had everyone reaching for their phones.

Guests lounged, laughed, and mingled in style thanks to Caesar Event Rentals Houston, whose luxe yet comfy furniture turned the terrace into the ultimate hangout spot. EB Inc. Event Rentals added the perfect finishing touch with green and gold linens, some featuring subtle patterns that fit the fall theme beautifully.

The fun didn’t stop there. Davina Photo Services was back with the fan-favorite Weddings in Houston magazine cover setup, and everyone was ready for their moment in the spotlight. And because no celebration is complete without dessert, Susie’s Cakes wowed with a dreamy, treehouse-inspired creation that was almost too pretty to eat (almost).

Live music filled every corner of The Grove. Hybrid 7 brought the energy outside while Ben Chavez’s smooth piano and vocals set the mood indoors. JMG Photography perfectly captured the spirit of the night, documenting the joy, color, and creative energy that filled every corner of The Grove.
