Following a romantic beachside proposal, the time finally came 11 months later when the couple tied the knot in a traditional Catholic church ceremony before joining 230 of their loved ones for a classic wedding reception at Northgate Country Club. “We wanted a very timeless and classic wedding,” notes the bride, describing the elegant rose gold and white color palette. “The white dance floor and white draped walls, paired with the large windows overlooking the rolling hills of Northgate Country Club, made for the most elegant reception. We had large arrangements of peonies, spray roses, and hydrangeas which matched perfectly with the blush uplighting. The glass chandeliers, rose petals, and floating candles in all of the window sills transformed the venue into the most dreamy space.” The newlyweds and their guests enjoyed a delectable filet mignon with roasted potatoes and asparagus and danced the night away before ending their classic wedding celebration with a golden sparkler sendoff! Adrianne and Brian’s fall wedding celebration at lovely, leisurely Pine Forest Country Club was the perfect reflection of their relationship, in its beauty, ease and joy. The pair met on Match.com, had their first date at a Fort Worth pub, and got engaged after cooking dinner together one evening at Brian’s apartment. For their October nuptials, the bride wore her mother’s wedding dress, which had been handmade by Adrianne’s grandmother. Radiant in the fall day’s natural sunlight, Adrianne joined Brian for photographs on the lush, green grounds of Pine Forest Country Club. The newlyweds joined 150 friends and family members for a relaxing celebration in the club’s light-filled ballroom, surrounded by roses, hydrangeas, greenery and “a touch of peach stock,” the bride notes. “The food was delicious,” Adrianne says of the club’s renowned culinary offerings. She adds that walking down the aisle at her church ceremony, and dancing to the evening’s playlist of pop and country tunes (and especially her first dance with groom Brian) are among her most cherished memories of her Houston fall wedding.
