Houston-raised Eva met Leeds, U.K.-based Phil at a fish fry in the Bahamas, where she was on vacation and he was on a contract diving project. And that’s just the beginning of their international love story. While rock climbing together in southern France’s Pyrenees Mountains, Phil surprised Eva with a Champagne picnic—and a Jimi-Hendrix-accompanied proposal. Not long after, the pair joined 28 friends and close family members in Las Vegas, where they said their lifelong vows—the bride’s daughter escorting her down the aisle, much to everyone’s joy—and celebrated in intimate style at the retro-chic Barrymore.
