Bright and Beautiful Wedding by Adam Nyholt

It was December 2013 when Ben took Matti on a surprise horse-drawn carriage ride to look at Christmas lights. “We stopped under one of the brightest trees to take a picture and as soon as we started smiling, he turned to me and got down on one knee! I don’t think he even asked me to marry him because he was so nervous. I shook my head ‘yes’ anyway. Our entire family and friends were waiting for us to celebrate!” says Matti.  Their fall, jewel-tone wedding was one for the books. Check out the gorgeous photos by Adam Nyholt and see for yourself…and MEET Adam for yourself at the incredible I Do! Wedding Soiree @ The Four Seasons Hotel on Oct., 18, 2-5 p.m (tickets here)! Congrats, Matti and Ben. We wish you a lifetime of happiness!

Tradition-Filled Indian Wedding by C. Baron Photography

Sometimes we come across a wedding whose images are so rich with color and texture, so rippling with life and tradition, so gorgeously representative of the details of the celebration, we kinda just need to let them speak for themselves. Hence the wedding of Ranjita and Suchin, held at Safari Texas and filled with north and south Indian touchstones and influences, representing the pair’s individual cultural backgrounds and families. Great thanks to C. Baron Photography for sharing these wondrous images, and happiest wishes to the newlyweds. The rest of y’all, just sit back, scroll down, and be wowed.

Classic and Colorful Italian-Colombian Wedding by SB Image Studios

Radiantly gorgeous in her Pronovias Barcelona gown and glittery Betsey Johnson sky-high heels, bride Angela Oquendo wed dapper groom Stefano Danese in a traditional Catholic ceremony, surrounded by 10—count ’em, 10—of the sweetest little flower girls you’ve ever seen. The couple’s reception, at The Corinthian, was a vision in white linens, candlelight and vibrant-hued flowers—fresh, elegant…in a word, classic. Another word for this regal Houston wedding? FUN! How could it not be, with the bride’s Colombian heritage, the groom’s Italian background, and the DJ’s dance-all-night playlist infusing the celebration with unbridled exuberance ’til the wee hours. Check out these superb pix by SB Image Studios. And join us in congratulating the newlyweds!

Pink, Orange, Yellow and Green Lakeway Resort Wedding

The setting of Austin’s Lakeway Resort & Spa, with its Lake Travis waterfront location and Hill Country views, is spectacularly scenic on its own. But add a bounty of beautiful bright floral to the resort’s glass-walled ballroom, like bride Lauren did for her wedding to Zach, and the result is absolute WOW. Lauren says the deep-orange submerged-flower centerpieces were her favorite floral touch, and we’d have to agree. We’re also loving the subtle contrast of the dark table linens with all that sherbet-hued floral finery—a bold and beautiful choice, don’t you think? Check out these splendid photos by Jennifer Lindberg of Jennifer Lindberg Weddings, and join us in wishing Lauren and Zach a long and loving life as husband and wife!
