We\u2019re<\/span> excited to reveal that Texas brides Toni and Caroline are gracing the June 2025 cover of <\/span>Weddings in Houston<\/a> Magazine<\/a>\u2014and their Lake Como wedding is nothing short of magical.<\/span><\/p>\n

The morning started in a rooftop suite at their hotel, where the brides got ready <\/span>together<\/span> with their friends, cousins, and moms. Brunch, bubbly, and plenty of laughter filled the room as they shared stories and soaked in the <\/span>excitement of the day<\/span>. Toni, known for her impeccable style, wore a chic lace ensemble \u2014 one of five stunning outfits she had planned for the celebration.<\/span><\/p>\n

The brides headed to the villa together to <\/span>primp<\/span> and capture portraits. Toni slipped into an<\/span> “<\/span>Italian-esque robe<\/span>” <\/span>before they both changed into their wedding gowns with their moms by their sides. In a heartfelt moment, Toni and Caroline shared their first look, dressed in their bridal gowns.<\/span> “<\/span>We were together all day,<\/span>” <\/span>Toni shares.<\/span> “<\/span>Something about us is <\/span>we’re<\/span> not the most traditional. <\/span>We’re<\/span> most comfortable with each other <\/span>so<\/span> we wanted to be with each other<\/span>.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The ceremony was a breathtaking scene against the shimmering waters of Lake Como. <\/span>Vibrant blooms in <\/span>shades of<\/span> orange, pink, and yellow lined the aisle and altar.<\/span> The song<\/span> \u201c<\/span>Simply The Best<\/span>\u201d<\/span><\/em> by Billianne played \u2014 a touching nod to a show she and her mom used to watch together. Toni followed shortly after, walking arm-in-arm with her parents to<\/span> \u201c<\/span>You<\/span>\u201d<\/span><\/em> by LANY, <\/span>a deeply meaningful<\/span> song for the couple. <\/span>Caroline\u2019s<\/span> cousin officiated the ceremony, where the brides exchanged personal vows before sealing their marriage with a joyful kiss. Guests cheered as Toni and Caroline danced back down the aisle, beaming with love.<\/span><\/p>\n

For Toni, the ceremony was the highlight of the day.<\/span> \u201c<\/span>I have never been more calm in my life. I felt this wave of joy and calm come over me, and <\/span>that’s<\/span> what Caroline is to me in our life,<\/span>\u201d <\/span>she shares.<\/span><\/p>\n

The celebration continued with a garden cocktail hour featuring <\/span>aperitivo\u2014a delightful spread of drinks and charcuterie before dinner. Guests then enjoyed a three-course sit-down <\/span>dinner,<\/span> that Toni described as<\/span> “<\/span>some of the best pasta<\/span>” <\/span>she’s<\/span> ever had. The reception space was adorned with vibrant florals, lush greenery, and chic rattan furniture, creating an inviting atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n

For their first dance, Toni and Caroline swayed to<\/span> “<\/span>Love You For A Long Time<\/span>” <\/span>by Maggie Rogers \u2014 a song that brought back memories of one of their first concerts <\/span>together<\/span>. The reception <\/span>was followed<\/span> by an outfit change into chic two-piece sets for the <\/span>evening\u2019s<\/span> next chapter: cake-cutting and fireworks! The couple danced the night away, ending their dreamy destination wedding weekend in Italy on a high note.<\/span><\/p>\n
