It\u2019s been a week, and we\u2019re still buzzing from the 2025 Weddings in Houston Magazine Launch Party!<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s celebration took over The Annie Caf\u00e9 & Bar<\/a> and Emilia\u2019s Havana\u2014their exclusive, Cuban-inspired speakeasy\u2014and let\u2019s just say, the vibes were immaculate. Our dream team of vendors transformed the space into a Cuban night to remember, bringing bold, tropical hues and island flair to every corner.<\/p>\n

Planner and florist Beyond Bloems<\/a> worked their magic, bringing an explosion of lush, tropical florals in bold, vibrant hues. Sponsored by Southern Floral Co., these stunning arrangements were everywhere\u2014draping over tables, cascading from the fountain, decorating the photo booth, and adding a colorful touch to the food displays, bar, and beyond. The Post Room was equally decked out, featuring more of these bold florals, past Weddings in Houston magazine covers, and vibrant pink and green linens from Houston Tents & Events<\/a> that tied everything together.<\/p>\n

The night kicked off with a must-snap moment: a life-size Weddings in Houston magazine cover photo booth by Davina\u2019s Photobooth. As guests mingled, Cuban music filled the air, and The Annie kept the party going with delicious lite bites and glasses of bubbly. We were honored to welcome so many wedding industry pros\u2014plus a few of the couples featured in the new issue! Capturing every moment? Elizabeth B Photography<\/a> and Vinson Valdez Films.<\/p>\n

A highlight of the night was a heartfelt speech from our publisher, Vik Day, who shared his gratitude for everyone who played a role in bringing this year\u2019s issue to life. Then came the sweetest surprise\u2014dessert! Susie\u2019s Cakes<\/a> created a show stopping Cuban-inspired cake, complete with dominos, cigars, and a classic Havana-style hat. And if that wasn\u2019t cool enough, she also made custom cookies featuring the new magazine cover. Obsessed!<\/p>\n
