Delicious on the inside<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOn the inside, a ‘Cakes by Gina’ cake is freshly baked, filled and iced just a few days before the wedding. We bake and produce everything in our bakery, still using Gina’s original cake recipes. Our cakes are never frozen. On the outside, our cakes are very beautifully finished and decorated. All of our wedding cakes come with a fondant-covered board and a satin ribbon detail on the edge. We firmly believe that the finish of the board and the details are part of the design.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs an architect by trade, Gina is able to direct her staff in completing a couple\u2019s 3D vision for cakes by creating standing figures, stadiums – even golf bags. ‘Cakes by Gina’ has a complete team of decorators, bakers, icers and a delivery crew.  As cake design has evolved, they have embraced changes in design, gravity and customer needs. Gina\u2019s wedding cakes have a unique sense of detail – when you walk into a room, you know that the cake is a ‘Cakes by Gina’ cake.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAt ‘Cakes by Gina’, we prepare you for your consultation by sharing our cake flavor menu and forms where you can share with us your cake design inspirations. During the consultation, a sales consultant will review your wedding designs and cake flavor choices, and design your cake using all the model samples in our showroom using styrofoam pieces to visualize the sizes of the cakes. A complete tasting of the cakes selected from our menu is served, accompanied by champagne, mimosas, coffee or water.<\/span>” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
