Audrey and Nick’s love story began in College Station in 2019. Audrey’s best friend invited a love interest to visit and asked him to bring a friend for Audrey. That friend turned out to be Nick, and they hit it off instantly.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Three months later, they went on their first official date to an Astros game, which led to a fun night of adventure at an Escape Room with Audrey’s sister. When Covid-19 struck, the couple spent countless hours together solving puzzles and enjoying lake days. After the quarantine ended, they indulged in their favorite activity: traveling. “Florida, Fredericksburg, NYC, and Mexico were all on the itinerary,” the bride recalls.<\/p>\n

Their dream trip to Mexico became even more special when Nick proposed to Audrey on the beach at sunset, with both of their families present to celebrate the joyous moment.<\/p>\n

On February 25, 2023, Audrey and Nick exchanged vows in Houston. They had a traditional church ceremony followed by an elegant reception. The ballroom was adorned with baby’s breath and warm candlelight, and each table setting featured an elegant custom monogrammed menu by Bering’s<\/a>. The couple shared a romantic first dance under a floral arrangement dripping with white flowers. The cake, by Susie’s Cakes<\/a>, perfectly complemented the decor with white and clear tiers garnished with gorgeous florals.<\/p>\n

The festivities concluded with a rose petal send-off. The bride reflects on her favorite part of the day, “After the ceremony and the reception, we took private transportation to have alone time. We were able to debrief the day and the moments with all our friends and family and really just enjoy each other’s presence.<\/p>\n
