Kaelee and John’s love story began with a chance encounter at a Louisiana State University MBA orientation event in July 2019. Seated next to each other due to alphabetically assigned seating, the two soon realized they shared a common bond of Memphis, Tennessee. It wasn’t long before Kaelee asked John to accompany her to a wedding, starting a journey leading to their engagement.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

John took Kaelee on a Christmas tree farm photo shoot, where he proposed to her with a special ornament that read “Will You Marry Me?” It was a resounding yes from Kaelee.<\/p>\n

On October 14, 2022, Kaelee and John exchanged vows at the Westin Houston Medical Center<\/a>. However, their special day was even more memorable with a first look before their rooftop wedding ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Kaelee’s uncle and featured heartfelt readings and prayers from John’s family, as well as the exchange of a handmade unity winebox and personal vows. The bride says, “The biggest highlight was those first few moments as newlyweds in front of all our friends and family.”<\/p>\n

The couple and their guests enjoyed an al fresco cocktail hour before moving inside for the reception. The celebration was beautiful, with dark green, gold, silver and neutral shades adding a sophisticated touch. The newlyweds and their guests danced the night away, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The bride says, “After a non-stop, fun-filled wedding weekend, we are living out our happily ever after and enjoying all of life’s precious moments.”<\/p>\n
