Flash forward to 2020, when Christopher popped the question to Phuong on New Year&#8217;s Eve.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The celebrations began with an intimate tea ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family. After saying I do in a traditional church ceremony, Phuong and Christopher celebrated with a floral-filled fete at industrial chic venue, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weddingsinhouston.com\/vendor\/the-astorian\/\">The Astorian<\/a>.
