It would be 10 years before they saw each other again, this time at a different church in Houston, where they both resided once again. Because her mother had, sadly, passed away four years prior to her wedding, Sarah\u2019s father stepped up to take over \u201cso many roles to help me with the wedding,\u201d she recounts, \u201cincluding sweetly buttoning me into my gown, since my mom was not there.\u201d Not just that, the bride says, but, \u201cHe also gifted me with an oil painting of my mother, which reserved the spot in the front pew where she would have sat. I loved getting to save that space for her.\u201d And <em>we<\/em> love getting to share Sarah and Trevor\u2019s poignant wedding story and Houston winter wedding with y\u2019all.
