As a Baylor University student, Shannon met Chandler through All University Sing. He was the chair for Kappa Sigma and she was the chair for Kappa Kappa Gamma. The pair quickly bonded and became inseparable. “We had monthly meetings and always ended up sitting together and laughing throughout the whole thing,” recalls Shannon. Wishing to take their relationship to the next level, Chandler, with a bit of assistance from his dad, took Shannon out for a romantic evening flight over downtown Houston and the Trinity River. Upon landing, “Chan started to give me \u2018the speech,'” Shannon recounts. “I was SO confused as to why he was getting so emotional after this plane ride.” Shannon’s confusion turned into elation when Chandler got down on one knee and popped the question! The college lovebirds celebrated their pink and gold wedding at the picturesque Woodlands Resort.<\/a> “It was the best night of our lives and the perfect start to the adventure of marriage.” Best wishes to this sweet couple and a lifetime of happiness on your new adventure together!<\/p>\n
