The pair traveled to a private beach in Mexico to celebrate their one-year anniversary. Little did she know that he had planned the sweetest proposal on the last day of their romantic getaway. Needless to say, Amy said &#8220;yes&#8221;, and started planning their Spring wedding. Amy and Elliot envisioned an upscale-rustic wedding with personal touches. Lanterns, beautiful flowers by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weddingsinhouston.com\/vendor\/blooms-design-studio\/\" target=\"_blank\">Blooms Design Studio<\/a>, tea lights, and a seating chart (built by Amy\u2019s brother and bridesmaid) were just a few of the simple details that brought their vision of an elegant, yet rustic wedding come to life.
