A wintry Central Park down-on-one-knee-in-the-snow proposal. A magnificent 225-guest wedding so celebratory that attendees couldn\u2019t wait to start dancing and took to the floor during dinner! Could Barbara and Billy\u2019s nuptial story be any more romantic? The pair\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weddingsinhouston.com\/vendor\/petroleum-club-of-houston\/\" target=\"_blank\">Petroleum Club<\/a> wedding had all the makings of an unforgettable evening, from the ivory, gray and gold palette, to the shrimp-cocktail-and-filet-mignon dinner, to the spectacular \u201cstatement\u201d cake from famed baker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weddingsinhouston.com\/Professionals\/houston_wedding_cakes_and_desserts\/who_made_the_cake.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Nadine Moon<\/a>.
