Rochelle caught Danny’s eye while he was walking to the food court in the Galleria. “After walking past Rochelle, the first thing I noticed were her eyes and how stunning she is,” says Danny. “After speaking to her I realized that she is beautiful not only on the outside, but inside as well. I knew one day, no matter what, she was going to be my wife.” It wasn’t long before the pair started planning their Houston wedding—with a New Orleans touch, to pay homage to their Louisiana roots. They had the best of both worlds, thanks to Brennan’s Houston. The guests enjoyed a four-course menu, including traditional gumbo and Creole potatoes (mmm…), followed by praline favors at the end of the night. Danny’s favorite moment? “Watching my wife walk down the aisle,” he says. We couldn’t be happier for these two. Check out their lovely photos from Steve Lee Photography below. “Although I didn’t start off liking Jimmy (due to the fact that he was a minor league baseball player and I didn’t like athletes), I apparently was won over by his great dart skills,” says Houston bride Alex. The pair may have two different stories about how their love story began while they were interning for the Houston Texans, but they can both agree that, ultimately, they were inseparable. “Our wedding was a dream come true. We’ve never felt more loved or special,” recounts Alex. “Our officiant was Jimmy’s best friend, so that made the ceremony more personal. It was an incredible feeling.” We can’t begin to tell you how breathtaking Alex looked in her lace gown from Weddings by Debbie. “It was Christmas Eve 2013. Tristan said he had a gift ornament for me hanging on the tree. On the front it read, “Our first Christmas together,” and on the back was a bride and groom. I turned around and he was on one knee asking to spend the rest of our Christmases together,” says Autumn. So sweet, right? A year later, Autumn wed Tristan in a lace Pronovias gown from Parvani Vida Bridal & Formal and celebrated with 165 of their nearest and dearest at the Omni Houston Hotel. Favorite moment? “Dancing with all of our family and friends,” Autumn says. Congrats and best wishes to the newlyweds!
